Terms
Founding-member terms and website terms
Part A: Founding-member pre-orders
1. What you are buying
A pre-order of AccreditDesk, a record-keeping tool for INZ-accredited employers that is still being built. We plan to launch in early 2027. That date is our estimate, not a promise; we’ll email you if it changes.
| Plan | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Renewal Pass | NZ$149 one-off | 90 days of AccreditDesk for one renewal, starting when you choose after launch. Credited in full if you move to an annual plan. |
| Starter | NZ$390 per year | 12 months from launch. Up to 3 AEWV workers. All features, reminders, evidence-pack export. |
| Standard | NZ$890 per year | 12 months from launch. Up to 10 AEWV workers. Adds payroll CSV/Xero import and 2 admin users. |
2. Founding prices
Your founding price stays the same for as long as you keep subscribing. If you stop and later come back, the price at that time applies.
3. Setting up your records
Before or at launch, we’ll set up your worker records from the documents you upload. It’s done by email and secure upload, with no calls needed. We’ll tell you how uploads are protected and where they are stored before you send anything.
4. Refunds
- Full refund on request, any time before launch and for 30 days after launch. Email hello@accreditdesk.co.nz from the address you paid with, or include your Stripe receipt. You don’t need to give a reason.
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 working days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- If we decide not to launch, we’ll refund every founding-member payment in full without you having to ask.
- If we change a feature before launch so that your plan no longer includes something listed above, you can ask for a full refund, even more than 30 days after launch.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. No GST is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s checkout page.
6. What AccreditDesk does and doesn’t do
AccreditDesk is a record-keeping tool. It shows INZ’s published requirements in INZ’s own words, with links, and keeps your records and dates organised. It is not immigration advice. It doesn’t tell you whether you meet INZ’s requirements, which visa or accreditation type to choose, or how to respond to INZ, and it never contacts INZ for you. INZ makes its own decisions. For advice, talk to a licensed immigration adviser or a lawyer.
Part B: Website terms
7. Information on this site
We quote INZ’s published requirements and New Zealand legislation with links and the date we last checked them. Requirements can change after that date, so check the linked source. Nothing on this site is immigration advice or legal advice.
8. Free tools
The renewal-dates and 10-working-days tools do date arithmetic on the dates you enter, using the rules quoted on each page. Check the dates INZ gives you, which take priority over any result here.
9. INZ material
Information sourced from Immigration New Zealand (immigration.govt.nz) is Crown copyright and used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 New Zealand licence. AccreditDesk is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Immigration New Zealand or MBIE.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from reliance on the information or free tools on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand law that can’t be excluded.
11. Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts can hear any dispute.
